The Comedians

Alistair Barrie has made numerous radio, television, corporate and festival appearances across the globe. Alistair has taken seven solo shows to the Edinburgh Festival – his 2012 show ‘Urban Fogey’ and 2015 show ‘No More Stage Three’ were both runner up for best show at the Edinburgh Fringe in the Amused Moose Laughter Awards. No More Stage Three, which told the tale of his wife’s breast cancer, was invited to the 2016 Perth Festival in Australia before a European tour and dates at London’s prestigious Soho Theatre. He also appeared in the hit plays ‘Breaker Morant’ with Adam Hills and ‘Coalition‘ with Phil Jupitus.

Lou Conran: This failed drama student  (‘I was told off for not taking acting too seriously‘) has made quite the name for herself both domestically and on the international circuit.  Lou’s boundless energy and instinctive wit make her a natural. It’s a sign of her broad appeal that she can delight the metal heads of Download festival as well as the slightly more genteel listeners of Radio 4 Extra’s Comedy Club. Lou has written and performed several one hour shows including ‘Small Mediaum At Large’ and ‘I Love Lou C’ which had runs in Edinburgh, London and Australia, Tour support work includes Sarah Millican, Joe Lycett and Suzi Ruffel.

Lovdev Barpaga: is a Brum-based UK Pun Champion and the ultimate feel-good comic who plies a rich trade in hilarious one-liners. Everybody loves Lovdev – he’s a right charmer who laughs as much throughout his set as the audience does. Lovdev has provided tour support for Joe Lycett, Simon Brodkin and Darren Harriott.

‘a feelgood comedian in the finest tradition.’ Chortle

One of the most brilliant daft comics you will ever see,’ Joe Lycett

Scott  Bennet: After spending lock down live streaming weekly comedy shows from his garden shed Scott Bennett appeared on BBC News, Sky News and Five Live. This further increased the small, yet loyal, fan base built from Scott’s exemplary comedy club appearances. Since then Scott has appeared on BBC’s Live At The Apollo, become a regular on Radio 4’s The New Quiz, won numerous awards and toured the UK.  November 2024 saw Scott perform at the Royal Variety Command Performance.
